 In 2011, PA PRIDE, LLC was founded by Gary Shaw with a passion for workforce development and driving safety.  With the vision of bringing employment opportunities throughout the rural regions of Northwest Pennsylvania, PA Pride began cooperative training agreements throughout the region. Since then, PA PRIDE, LLC has expanded to offer training in Venango, Allegheny, Armstrong and Erie Counties.  

     Mr. Shaw has several years of workforce development experience including operations management for an industry leading CDL training provider. 

     His goal: to pave a smoother road to employment.  He believes the best way to to succeed was to bring professional training close to home and to build the program with the needs of the employers in mind.  The end result: the right individual , with the right training, hired by the right employer.  That is what builds a road to success. 

     PA PRIDE, LLC is dedicated to providing quality training.  Our instructional staff consist of a combined 80 years of driving and training experience.  We are committed to bringing the real world to you and getting you on the road to your new career.

     PA PRIDE, LLC will provide premier driver training services through community and business partnerships that will enable each student to obtain the skills to lay the foundation for a successful life on the road. At PA PRIDE, we believe it is imperative that all drivers have safety and responsibility built-in to their everyday driving habits.  Whether your personal vehicle or becoming a professional commercial driver, PA PRIDE is committed to providing the best training the industry has to offer.

     PA PRIDE, LLC stands behind your training and your success in the industry.  We work hard to build relationships with local, regional, and national companies that are prepared to offer the best employment opportunities to our students upon program completion. We are extremely proud of the results we have. 97% of our students have complete our programs and 92% have accepted gainful employment.  Everyone who completes our CDL training program will receive employment offers by graduation.


     At PA PRIDE, we do not lower training cost by shortening drive time.  We want to provide you with real-world training.  We believe you do not learn to drive by using simulators.  We offer several CDL programs to satisfy your driving interest and ALL of them consist of at least 160-hours of hands-on driving training.
